I don't mind, I'll read whatever is around, I find The Sun pretty amazing, I love the insightful political quotes from the Page 3 girls. I don't particularly mind The Times, but I prefer the international coverage in The Guardian.
a page 3 girl attempting to offer political insight is as funny as fatties ordering a diet-coke with their big mac and fries.

i don't read any dailies.

truedat.

why did you choose single-sex accommodation (allegedly)?
It was an on the spot spur of the moment decision I made unallegedly and seeing that you will be there I'm confident it was the correct one :yep:

Nothing wrong with comfortable rooms, heck I went for the college with all 1st year ensuites. I don't think universities should really band rooms, there should just be a ballot or something :yep:

You all use banter in a funny way.

Spelling is important in that not trying to spell well is laziness, which is never good.

Also I picked mixed.

I'm sensng it too. I'm not sure Fleur and Leala are trend setters though (no offence intended).
Fleur and Leala are trend setters. Fleur and Leala are quite easily the most hip, happening people on this thread.

Arguement over :yep:

Yes, that, but more importantly we read by recognising the shapes of words rather than analysing the letters themselves. This is why we can read things at relatively long distances, even though the letters are blurred. A spelling system, with its inherent consistency enables such a technique.

Having said this, doctoring the English language to a more simple and streamlined version would have little disadvatage if consistency was maintained. Unfortunately, the transfer period, and difficulties legibility of existing work, stop this from being a sensible proposal.

Mroe itnretsnlgy, the fsirt and lsat ltrtes are all we need to cmohperned a snentcee.

Why don't you like Tyro? Don't you think you'd be a good match?

So we shall not be together  I was hoping to share accommodation with some englings so we could sit around reading poetry. Oh yes.

Alas, 'tis not I who likes not Tyro but he who likes not me. I have professed my love for him yet he has returned not my passion. Being so close to him would mean heartbreak

I'm mooving tomorrow :woo: still not packed
I moved today! Well, actually we've been slowly moving over the last couple of weeks, but I finally left "the north" for good today Its very stressful stuff - not helped by the internet connection here being crap, but I've settled down now. I've fashioned a desk and chair out of some boxes and I can finally relax :yep:
