    A PT/client wanted the rack, and I had been using it for 45mins+ by the time I had warmed up etc, so was hogging it a tad. Plus my hip flexor is destroyed and I was in a rush to get finished and head to work, so everything considered I didn't mind missing a set.

    Back squat -
    130kg X 7, 7, 7

    Barbell bench press -
    107.5kg X 5, 5, 5

    Close grip bench press -
    80kg X 5, 5, 5, 5, 5
    90kg X 5, 5
    100kg X 5, 5, 5

    OHP -
    52.5kg X 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5

    Had planned to do 5 sets of squats and 7 sets of bench, although it was just one of those days where everything felt heavier than it should and I called it quits early.

    Still a decent workout. High reps squats ftl. Can't stand anything above 5 and even 5 is a push. 3 is good.

    I'm not a fan of high reps on anything anymore to be fair, I feel like I can lift all day when I do 3-5s, high reps just tire me out physically and mentally, but my legs could do with the volume, so I'll suck it up.

    I hit that quite a while ago, building my squat back up after some time off. Getting properly back into things now though, so should still be able to hit it. The 145kg X 3 was pretty easy (all things considered), probably had another set of 145kg X 3, definitely X 2, but my lower back was starting to go so called it quits. I'll work up to a 150X3 next week

    Cheers, pretty happy with it considering I haven't consistently squatted in like 6 months.

    High bar, not too sure if it would be classed as ATG, probably not, but it's physically the lowest I can possibly go, and it's definitely below parallel. I wear a belt but it's fabric to help with back pumps, not too sure how much it helps my squat other than stopping me snapping my **** up!

    Chest:

    Barbell bench press -
    100kg X 3, 3, 3
    110kg X 3
    115kg X 3
    100kg X 5
    90kg X 6
    80kg X 8

    Had real bad elbow inflammation and bicep/tricep pain in my left arm, made pressing really painful. Chest felt like I had 120kg X 3 in me, arm wasn't having any of it. Hopefully next time I press I'll hit 120X3.
