Seems like Cardiff and Ipswich aren't out of the running yet either.

Disgraceful behaviour by Samir Carruthers of MK Dons and James Collins of Northampton at Cheltenham Races. Thankfully they have recognised this and apologised.

Not the first time MK Dons have been associated with lack of respect for tradition.

Phil Brown favourite to replace him. No surprises there either.
Cue more fecking karaoke if he keeps them up.

    Bolton are down, aren't they?

2-0 down at Bristol City within 10 minutes. Get used to life in League One, Dean Holdsworth...

As a traditionalist, I love Bradford and Sheffield United.

The Ricoh, Macron, DW... they all seem rather soulless.

I like my view not being obstructed by pillars. Also not a fan of grounds which aren't closed off, the noise reverberates a lot better in bowls. The 3 grounds are soulless because of the shite that hosts them...

    I wouldn't say so.

I feel the same about Southampton, Leicester, Swansea and a whole host of more accomplished clubs.

Not so sure, I've found great atmospheres at Southampton and Leicester. In any case I think they are more aesthetically pleasing.

Louis Moult, formerly of Nuneaton, has scored his 15th league goal this season for SPL Motherwell. Don't know if that says more about Scottish football or the Conference.

Back down to earth with a bang. Over 29,000 were there too, it was a cracking atmosphere.

Result of the day - aside from Bristol City's mauling of a Neil Lennon-less Bolton - has to be Burton's 4-0 drubbing in League One. They are surely going up. What a story.

If you've got a spare minute today, dig out the final goal in the Rochdale/Oldham match.
