Yeah got them out the way before interviews, they are ok if you practice for them. Near Hexham, so just near by, what about you?

Has anyone got an interview on the 3rd of March for Birmingham City for PGCE general primary? I have 3 tasks to do that are in 2 parts, a general test with all the national curriculum subjects, self-evaluation test, group discussion and a one on one interview. Any advice on the self-evaluation task?I'm so nervous. Dreading the exam.

Sent my PGCE Computer Science application a few days ago and KCL have asked for me to send my transcripts from my first and second year of my degree. Apparently my university lecturer didn't include a predicted degree grade with my reference. Oops...

Wondering if anyone can help me? I got an email from Manchester offering me a place on the primary course, I was over the moon as it is my first choice. However, when ucas updated my profile a couple hours later it said unsuccessful. Any ideas why? I'll be gutted if I've missed out.

I'd call the university and clarify whether they have made you an offer or not. There seems to have been a mixup somewhere.

I think pretty much all universities require transcripts - I know King's did for me (I had to submit the scanned copies online and bring the originals on the day of the interview).

Thanks Roehampton is slightly closer but I would have to specialise (ks2) if I picked Roehampton -I'm worried that could hinder my chances of getting a job in early years in the future so leaning towards St Mary's as it's general primary. Will be quite a commute though (approx. 1 hr 10 mins) which is putting me off!
Hi and well done on your offers Just curious as to why you can only do ks2 in Roehampton? I have a PGCE place there for September, foundation and ks1. Both are very reputable courses so you will be very employable from both

Anyone else accepted an offer for the Primary PGCE at Leeds Met? If so, have you heard anything from the uni yet? I accepted early last week, and UCAS has updated, but I haven't heard anything directly from the uni.

The awkward moment when a university emails you asking you to reply with your first and second year transcript, you reply advising them the requested document is attached, but you forget to actually attach it to the email.

Note to self: Don't reply to emails when you're half asleep.
