Yes, and I have put off workout until Ramadan finishes:lol:
Well, I have been doing push ups....
You can go after taraweeh? Or after iftaar if you don't do it.

That's good though. Do some abs and some legs with the pushups and you should be okay.

I hear what you're saying. My gym has a fire exit and people have been opening that for friends to get in.

I just laugh when I see it hahaha.

Olympic barbells weigh 20, usually they're the ones that gyms use. Some gyms use 15kg ones, one of the smaller ones I used has a 15kg one.

But yeah my barbell actually weighs 2.5kg rofl. I was expecting 10-15, or 7.5kg at the worst.

Not complaining - I got a barbell, bench with incline function and two barbell stands (one next to the bench for benching, one for squats), 50kg of iron weights, two dumbbells, maybe 15-20kg vinyl weights and all the spinlocks you could ever want for £56. Nb. Means I can work out after iftari

Yeah, it's a crappy gym. But the free weights section is very good which is why I go.

I also sometimes go to The Gym but the free weights area there is a pile of ****.

Yeah most gyms use Olympic ones. That's what I mean. How can it be 2kg though? What is it made of lol.

But yeah, you got a deal there mate, I should get a home gym but I really don't have space tbh.

Should last you a while. You can get more weights of Gumtree or whatever as you need them, and you probably will be needing the for your squatting at least.
