Chest & triceps

Barbell bench press:
60kg X 8, 8, 8
80kg X 5, 5, 5
90kg X 5
100kg X 5
110kg X 3
100kg X 5
80kg X 8, 8, 8

Switched to a much narrower grip on the bench press to take stress off my elbows/biceps, smidge wider than a cgbp grip. Feels much better.

Paused (3seconds) close grip bench press -
80kg X 8, 8, 7

Paused (3seconds) skullcrushers -
EZ bar + 20kg X 12, 8

Squats-
All with 1 second pauses
60kg X 3, 3, 3
80kg X 3
100kg X 3
120kg X 3, 3, 3
100kg X 5, 5, 5 (30seconds between sets) ****
100kg X 3 (3 second pauses)

Mixed session. Flexibility and form felt better than it ever has, a two week break seems to have helped with that. Sets felts HEAVY though, think that's just due to the heat and not eating much.
