I'm really panicking now... I really don't want to disappoint anyone, including myself, since I set such high expectations of myself. I am inherently pessimistic which doesn't help...

Took GCSE Mandarin early- got an A* but if I found that difficult, how would I cope with 10 other subjects with a harder grade system?

So I'm predicted 4 As and 6 Bs however I decided that I wanted to do better than that in the actual exams and after intense hard work, this is what I think I'll get :
Maths - just scraping the A*
    ICT - A*
    French - B
    RE - A*
    Business - A*
    Core science - A
    Additional - A*
    F Additional - A*
    English Lang/lit - just into an A
    Citizenship - A*

Depends where you got the A*s. If you got them in Maths and Sciences then yes, it's probably fine. Someone I know got a C in English Literature and then did Natural Sciences at Cambridge (after getting A*A*A*A*A*!) so it shouldn't hinder you too much if they're in the right subjects.
