It might not let you because rge file size of the picture may be big. It needs to be 1mb

Does our ID photo need to be like a passport style photo?? I don't no what to uploadddd

yes it does it has to be 1mb or under for file size, when you login to mmu i.d. photo it gives you a description of how the photo should be taken.

use your MMU ID number given to you on the letters, your password is your DOB e.g. 1st of jan 91 the password would be 01Jan91 you have got to make sure that the first character of the month in this case is J it has to be capital, i was having the same problem. that should sort it.
