I was waiting or someone to bring this up Well that's our £6,000 tuition fees down the drain and who knows - it might rise even further?

On a different not, someone I know reacted to the decision in Cambridge with the words "the Marxist student vote - #nosurprisethere", which is rather interesting

So that's bad for rich students then. The rest never pay off the last of their student loan so it doesn't matter if it is 6k or 9k. It just affects how much the university they go to gets to spend on students.

Maybe they're too busy studying to ensure they get the grades while we procrastinate on here pretending to be doing productive work.

I thought it wouldn't affect us if it went down or not?

Apparently it's the same for the offer holders' page on fb. The Cambridge one is full of weird posts and banter whereas the Oxford one is really quiet (or so I've heard). We've even got a guy who's part of both groups and relays info on what they are talking about rofl. Who knew that these types of groups/threads can host such great opportunities for procrastination.

It's funny how they actually do lol. There must have been some 'Crazyness quotient' minimum value that every applicant had to have reached in order to receive an offer hah.

I can imagine a question such as 'how mad are you?' being asked at interview

Everyone here is doing so much revision :O Motivation to get up and do something, although I did manage to go to french mock and a C1/C2 revision session.

Getting good GCSEs without much revision last year really spoiled the revision habits I was planning on getting haha

Science and nature itself is strange and absurd,so why can't those who study it be?
