I have not been invited to a Barclays AC.

However, since you have been invited to an AC you must have done a telephone interview.

As I have a telephone interview for the Barclays 2017 Marketing Graduate Analyst job on Friday next week. I would like to ask the following questions

What questions were you asked?

Were all the questions strength/competency/motivation questions?

Were there any technical questions?

What advice do you have on how to best prepare for the interview?

They shouldn't. You do one online and then a slightly harder one at first round interview.

Starts off with a networking breakfast where you'll be able to speak to all of the attending desks. Then there's 2/3 prearranged interviews with 2/3 different desks. These interviews will primarily competency/fit based. Then they'll be more competency/fit interviews with any desks you impressed at the networking breakfast. Then there's a lunch break, and after lunch is where the real fun begins. You'll have more interviews with any desks you impressed in the first half of the AC, but these interviews will be far more technical. And you'll be interviewed by the entire f*cking desk. The AC starts at 7:30 am, some people were still there at 8pm interviewing.
