Lol Cesc Fabregas is a fraud I died here.
There’s a lot positive that’s been said about women’s football recently, and however much I resent that ‘women’ are allowed to ‘play’ this sacred game of ‘football’ I have to accept that now we are in the 21st Century, all people should be allowed to play sport.

Manchester United. You're guaranteed to win.
We've been **** at Anfield recently haven't we. I remember the run under Alex where we had something like 4 good results in 5. Remember John O'Shea at the Kop? Or Forlan? Iconic. But recently we've been ****, there's just a lack of belief when we go there. I mean when "We're N'gog'ing to Ibiza" is scoring against you, you know you are in trouble.

I'd expect to beat the Scousers at home however.

Even the John O'Shea game was a real smash and grab.

Liverpool are equally poor when they go to Old Trafford though (2 wins in 10 years I believe), so it's probably just to do with the rivalry.

So we can't defend, we can't score and we can't dominate from the middle..

Hmm guess there is no easy fix to this.

You do wonder if we should try:

    Lambert
    Lallana Henderson Sterling
    Can Lucas
    Moreno Toure Skrtel Johnson
    Mignolet

Possibly replace Lambert with Balotelli / replace Johnson with Manquillo / replace Lallana with Coutinho

We can sit deeper and protect the defence and build from there?

Seems like a good setup, I wouldn't mind seeing us try that. But Rodgers won't drop Gerrard from the starting XI, especially now since we are in a rut. Imagine that team loses the match, BR will be in a deeper hole especially as the media will jump on his back for not starting our talismanic captain.

    Nah bruv

    Lambert Borini
    Sterling
    Coutinho ----- Lallana
    Lucas
    Moreno Lovren Toure Manquillo
    Mignolet

When Studge is back, bring him in for Lambert or Borini obviously.

That would get destroyed.. there's no real protection in the middle. Coutinho would advance with the ball and lose it, the fullbacks would be up the pitch and then you have Lucas, Toure and Lovren - the first two who can be pretty slow - trying to stop the counter with wingers/strikers with pace running.

nah screw protection. We still concede **** loads of goals if we have players like Allen and Can in the team as well as Gerrard, so **** it. Lets just go ham.

Our midfielders in current form ain't capable of protecting and ain't capable of controlling a game, so lets just get lots of runners off the ball to drag their defence around which will create openings.

Also Coutinho and Lallana still work hard and put the tackles in.

Besides, how much bloody protection do you need against Ludobulgaria

Completely agree. Plus, I'd trust Skrtel more than Lovren right now.

Cech, Martinez and Redmond eyed in a £47m triple January deal apparently.
