That's bull**** that's like a doctor putting in your mind that you have broken your leg

Worst thing was when I told him I didn't want to talk about it, he was having a go at me accusing me of making it up. He just doesn't understand what's going through my mind and when I tried to explain he told me "it's all in the mind and I had to get it out of my mind". You can't can't have a civilised conversation with some people . I just hope I get out of this hopeless situation soon. Really need to get a stable job and move out!

Don't beat yourself up about it. I still text E (abusive tutor from undergrad) and it's four years since it all ended! We're always gonna have blips - what matters is keeping sane and safe and how we progress forward from the blips :hugs:

She said I should come over to hers to talk things over in person.. I should have had more willpower, I knew going out drinking was a bad idea

    ---

Had such an awful night, not only did I text Ash but I got spat on by someone from a bridge above me, accidentally sat in a puddle that was probably pee, and cried and made a mess of my makeup

you've probably just scratched your ear canal in your sleep and its bled a bit, but just to be sure could you maybe pop down to a walk in centre or A&E and get it checked out? bloods not supposed to come out of there!

Don't know how I can get there as we've got guests here so parents can't take me, plus they're moving the walk-in centre/some of the other services between hospitals this weekend and I kind of had enough of A&E last weekend anyway I need to book a doctors appointment anyway so could try and go there tomorrow?

Yeah I will, they're normally pretty quick so should be able to go tomorrow/tuesday hopefully The only time it's happened before that I can remember is when I'd just had an operation when I was six or seven, so it's definitely not normal

I'd say your tutor generally, but don't be surprised if they're about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
