    It's alright when it's not someone ******* up a top 40 tune.

The stuff on the FabricLive Mix Series were good.

Remixing Raindrops from Basement Jaxx, is not.

And fabriclive.37 is still the best dubstep album evah.

    Good:

    (Well the dub ones)

That said, I downloaded Benga's 'Diary of an Afro warrior' recently. Wasn't impressed. I prefer it dirtier.

o.O its a great chillout music for me
It's also a disgrace to the genre of dubstep. ****** snares and **** bass, and wobbles over everything does not make it good. Has to be the worst production i've ever heard too

    This, exactly.

I still prefer the old 2-step orientated stuff.
The dubby dubstep is even nicer tbh
2- step is good, given i don't listen to enough of it mainly cos going through the whole chillout phase at the moment, god damn exams, i mean the whole listening to moby, massive attack and Gui Boratto

dubstep is the child of the drum and bass style jump up!, tbh dubstep use to be good but now all chavs listening to it which had made it rubbish :/
It's a bit sad that you no longer enjoy something because a group of people you don't like also enjoy it.

hah. you're like one of those old folks who complain that the band "bond" is a shame to the classical genre because they turned violins and cellos into pop rock...
its not a disgrace to the genre, everything in music doesnt have to be in one side, crossover happens. its like insulting a mixed guy for not being black enough. that is your opinion...

I've got some sweet dubstep and drum n bass in my favourites
Personally i love music that gives off good vibes and makes you wanna hop around happily..

I listen to liquid music mostly, makes me feel good.
Not really a fan of listening to extremely filthy stuff for a long period of time reallllyyy.

This is my favourite dubstep song..
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOTkr_fv3OM Liquid Dubstep,

Listen to it, you dub haters may change your mind, and you dub lovers may of found a new genre to love

I think what these people are looking for really is chiptunes. chiptunes > all. Infact mainstream artists keep sampling chiptunes and not crediting them... see this:

Actually, I think you'll find that it was part of the legacy of two-step.

Dance music-wise I love Dubstep, Dub, Trip Hop & Electro. Can't stand any of the House genres though.

Don't know what else to say... maybe something like stop being mean to Dubstep?

The middle class ruined dubstep tbh. Nothing worse than a rah going on about how dubstep is 'amazing'.

I used to like dubstep but now it all just sounds boring. the "who can make the filthiest tune" competition is getting old as they are all just throwing the same old ideas at the sound. a few artists are ok but the genre becoming the latest trend has made it lose some of what made it good.

Same old link a sine wave LFO to the filter frequency gets bland after a while too. LIKE THE AMEN BREAK LOL.
