    Ultimate Frisbee? whats that :O
also.. archery i tried at an open day, i was soooo bad at it. So wont be joining that
    thanks though
It's a mixed sport, a bit like a cross between netball and american football but without territories and with a disc. You score by catching the disc in the opposing side's endzone, and you're not allowed to run with it. It's non-contact, and extremely fast-paced. I absolutely love it In fact, I lost almost two stone at university through ultimate. I've played a lot of different sports, and ultimate is definitely the best exercise and the most fun. I really recommend it The fact that there are no referees - the players call their own fouls and settle all disputes on pitch according to the 'spirit of the game' - create more of an atmosphere of fair play than I've ever encountered in any other sport.

Well, you'd think so on the rugby front, but if you were a winger and tackled in just the right places, you'd be fine. I knew a winger once who can't have been more than 7 stone, and she brought down girls twice her size!

No problem I'm always keen to share the ultimate love
