Does anyone have any pictures of rock chick/indie/geeky girls?

I cant find a name of a style that falls a bit into each of these brackets.
    1. Hot and vaguely 'indie'
    2. Hipster wannabe
    3. Classic, vintage 1950s' era
    4. Trendster, poser

Ofc they can just be any type of girls wearing clothes, not belonging to any labels, it's hard to say unless they say they are X or Y. 1 and 2 are dressed kinda similarly anyway

    I don't care whether or not they're middle-class.

    Their style is inherently middle-class.

How many families on benefits dress their children like this?
I bolded what you said out of context, but still, how many families on benefits dress their children in general? I'm more curious about that

It's not really an original style because you see loads of girls wearing clothes like that, but there isn't really a reason to label it. There aren't that many 'original' people these days.

Well its hard to be truly 'original'........ unless one dresses totally outlandishly

Yeah, I think people like Lady Gaga are the more original of people, but she is odd. In a good way though.

Even lady gaga isn't exactly 'original' as she has her influences (in fashion and in music) most probably from the 70s/80s and from other times.... ie bit of madonna/prince etc.....

However she is 'orginal' in the sense that there wasn't anyone similar to her when she came on the scene....

Strangely enough as these trendy girls keep trying to be 'unique' they are merging into something quite commonly seen.

    Interesting.

The bag would be described as 'straight off Alexa Chung'.

yeah, I get that given that her use of a bag increased the sales of that particular style/brand...

but the style (satchel) is traditionally a preppy style, or is it not?
