    It's possibly fashion now, but if you see any S. Asian's, then a lot of them will wear clothes like that. Saying so, they are far far more likely to buy the cloth from an Asian clothes shop and either. You can get them ready made though
    a) sew them themselves or
    b) pay someone to sew the clothes for them.

    Hmm i seem , i think maybe it's cos ethnicity in parts is often linked with religion, and ya know, gotta keep it relatively covered
