Non-alcoholic beer, haha. But seriously malted beer-like drinks can be really nice - there's a drink in Iceland called Maltextrakt and it is awesomeness.

Jesus Christ I drank that once, sipped a bit and threw the rest down the drain. It tasted like drinking some de-greasing product or a vile voodoo concoction made out of pepper and sewage water. Worst thing I ever drank, and I love soda.

On the other hand I'm not British so maybe it's an acquired taste.

'Drench' is pretty good. I bought a drink today called 'Neurosport', don't know if anyone else has tried it? It's this stuff:

I don't really know what to think of it. It's better than other soft drinks in a sense that it doesn't have that addictive sweet taste that makes you want to drink the whole bottle in 5 seconds. But I've no idea if it is actually as amazing as the writing on the bottle makes out, I suppose you'd need to run scientific tests to find out.
