    I did just do a quick check for you (as I'm avoiding doing real work) and tbh I thought there were more in the 100-200 range but there were only a couple, sorry about that!

    If you are looking for a dress watch, look at Seagull watches. they are cheap but look great and very classy, plus if he knows watches he would probably appreciate a good watch more than a crappy fashion brand one. Optimally i would say the Hamilton Viewmatic but thats a little bit out of your price range. If you're looking for a dive/casual watch, look at the Seiko monsters (personally i think the black/orange monsters look best).
