I like it. The labs are fun, the lecturers (with one exception) are friendly and very good at explaining things (some are so good that I'm starting to find things I once thought of as difficult and boring, simple and quite fascinating), the actual material covered is interesting, etc. Coming here was definitely the right decision.

(The workload is quite high though and you'll see a lot of people on here saying "in the first year they just go over the basics to get everyone up to the same level"... that so doesn't apply here.)

I haven't heard anything from York for Biochemistry yet :/ I've been looking at the York 2012 forum and it doesn't seem like many offers have been given out.

    well done for your offer

I really like the course at Cambridge. It has a very broad first year, then you specialise more in your second and third years. And there's an optional fourth year as well, so you can choose if you want to do a Master's or not
Thankyou I'm Oxford-ing, mainly because it's closer to where I live. I like that you can chose whether or not you do a Master's, at Oxford it's four years or nothing. Do you have to do any physics in your first year?
