At least my bonce tans quite quickly, so even though I'm 21 and looking like an old man, I'm looking like a handsome old man :awesome:
I tan really quickly, too. :awesome: Not being pale helps a bunch with it.

My distinct lack of flexibility is a definite, and the fact I find it so difficult to tone. Also I've lost all my pace which is extremely annoying.

    You're all beautiful people. :daydreaming:
A comment like this in absence of an answer of your own indicates we are being patronized by you. Please stop doing that.

i do hate that im quite flexible but cant do the splits
it just doesnt make sense! haha
For people who are already flexible the splits can be trained.

Yeah I remember you saying. There's several classes at my gym but I struggle to find the time.

I've just started a daily stretching routine that has 3 different types of stretch: isometric, dynamic and relaxed. If they don't do much good I'll probably try pilates. My flexibility was really starting to annoy me and it would often cause injury.

Not much anymore. The fact it's impossible to get shirts that fit my shoulders?
and this, can't even wear most polo shirts without having it stick so close to my nipples

Having played lots of "leg intensive" sports for years, I've got to the stage where I have ridiculously large thighs, and a really thin upper body. :/

If it's any consolation, the reverse looks much worse.

Plenty of examples waddling around weights rooms at this very minute.

My flexibility - otherwise I don't have any complaints, at least about my body.

    My face, however. Bloody hell.
