    Gonna be dreadful.

Wouldn't be surprised if they get One Direction doing some Black Sabbath.
I dread to think what it would be like if Ed Sheeran does the vocals... I was hoping he'd be playing guitar with Gilmour singing. damn...

It probably wont be up to much, but compared to what else will most likely be in the show it wont appear too bad.

Seriously? I'd rather hear Gilmour on the guitar tbh. No one can play it like Dave can.

Sheeran's voice... just isn't anything to do with PF.

Agreed, but Sheeran on guitar isn't anything to do with PF either

If he's good enough on guitar to rigidly stick to the musical piece at hand, I don't see why he can't emulate the floyd sound on stage. I'd let him sing the doo doo doo and that's it.

I see your point... WYWH isn't too hard to play on the guitar so Sheeran should be fine doing that.

Ed Sheeran seems to be a nice guy.

It's his fans who are mainstream indie chavs.

I don'd mind his music, but compared to some of the **** that people like Nicki Minaj and One Direction come out with today, he is clearly better.

I don't think Pink Floyd will be showing up anymore, without Richard.

But perhaps, Roger, David and Nick might play a set together. Or it might be like in one of the wall concerts last year, where the trio all attended.

Spice Girls, One Direction and Jessie J are meant to be some of the people performing.

I hope Pink Floyd stay away.

It's a shame really to see someone so average go alongside perhaps the greatest band of its generation. Was it Floyd who chose it or? I find a lot of the older bands really have a terrible knowledge of modern music from what i have seen though. Some terrible stuff for example that Brian May advocates :facepalm2:
Brian May is reported to be performing with Jessie J.

Thank you for sullying one of my favourite songs you massive ****.

Nick, what were you thinking? :sigh:

Similar feelings towards Jessie J trying to be Freddie Mercury. Just no. Who even are these people?

(Edit: Though I did enjoy the ceremony on the whole )

I don't think it was too bad, yes it would have been much better to have Dave or Roger singing it, but he sang it well and didn't butcher it. I loved the bit with the album cover on the roof of the stadium as well!

The performance was just bland, but I agree the album cover part was great.
