L'Evil Fish, I thought you were banned? And yes it is low, but the others were quite low last year.
Evidently not, my bans don't last forever

I'm an older self taught student so have no one to actually compare papers or anything with. I sat the higher level ed-excel modular maths paper. All I need is a C to go and do my degree. Does anyone know approx based on past papers what I would need overall for that?

Lol, I don't think they'll mess up, they'll be a proper backlash. Furthermore, I'm expecting only a 64 for an A*. If we're lucky the boundaries will leak on the 21st. I got 57 last time (2nd Highest in my school :O) So I only need 7 more. WHich I think is achieve since I bombed.
Only been in England for 4 years, and hoping to achieve a B... Got a C in my first exam so I needed to retake... I am quite confident and hope it's a B

Just wondering, are grade boundaries released tonight at midnight for AQA? Oh and the person who was inquiring about the english language marks, exam is out of 80, speaking and listening is out of 45 and the controlled assessments are out of 80. A total of 205. I dont think English language grade boundaries will be published until results day as those who took the exam in january already know their raw marks. I have a total of 179/205. Thats 5 marks above the A* boundary from last year, I really hope they dont increase by 6 or more marks!

AQA GCSE Maths predictions anyone ??
They should be lower than the Jan 2013 grade boundaries. A= 131 and A*=168 I think it was. From what everyone who took the paper (only sat the Jan exam) said, they thought it was more like the November paper (harder) than the January one (easier)
    Hope that helps
Are some of the grade boundaries being released tonight (as some of the above posts indicate)?
And Good Luck to everyone! Hope you get the results you deserve!

Does the "Small drop" in science grades apply to the unit 3 exams and is it specific to an exam board?
