Not too bothered what results I get. They don't exactly matter that much. I'd like to reach my target in everything, and maybe even excel, but as long as I get C's and above I won't complain. I would really like an A in Maths though.

    Comments:

Incredibly happy, especially with Physics! I could've sworn that it was impossible for me to get an A* in that, but somehow I managed it! I got 100 UMS in P3 so clearly that had something to do with it. Also very happy that I got an A* in my Product Design exam to add to my A* in my coursework. The only areas I'm a little disappointed in are R.S., Music and my History coursework. In R.S. I was 5 marks off an A* - not going to bother getting it remarked or anything though as I know that I left out key terms so that's probably what lowered my mark. In Music... Well I got a G for my Creative Task so... Would've helped if my teacher had actually told me my coursework grades so I could've tried to improve them more. I think I actually got a B in the exam, but the low coursework gave me a C overall. Ah well. And with History, my teacher gave me 100% for my coursework, but then it seems everyone in my year who did History was marked down to a B! I can only assume that they moderated one of the pieces and the marking was deemed too generous. Oh well, these things happen.

As for the U in Additional Maths, I expected that. It's given me some motivation to work much harder for A-Level Maths though.

    Comments:
    • Overall, with predicted grades of 9A*s, 3As, and a single B, I shouldn't really have any worries, but jesus christ; the anxiety that is coupled with high expectations, and the pressure put upon me... it's horrendous. Looking at the grades expected of me, the ones that I will be truly disappointed without are Biology, Chemistry, English Language, French, Maths, and Physics. I want to be a doctor, so the sciences are obvious; I'm incredibly passionate about maths and have spent a lot of time since the end of the maths exams learning the A level syllabus, and English and French are just personal wants of mine. I hate this stupid two month wait for exam results, especially with the likes of English Language, as although it seems that I already have the A* in the subject, with AQA being a ******* and not releasing the UMS boundaries, god knows what could happen...

I would also like to take Further Maths as an AS in my second year if the college I am going to permits me to take the entire Maths A2 in the first year, and I get an A* in it.

My school doesn't actually do predictions so those are just what I'm thinking (or hoping) I'm going to get :/ Physics, Biology and English Language are all borderline, though I'm pretty confident I've not got a B haha and English Literature might be better or worse, didn't get on with my teacher and she refused to give any sort of A* marks because apparently she 'couldn't judge' what would be A* so I don't even know, but I thought at least the first exam went well so I should get my A... Getting all A*s is the ultimate aim, probably not going to happen though! We shall seee

asdfghjkl ALL A*s!! so flipping pleased with myself and also especially with englit (198/200 - only lost 2 in the coursework HA). full UMS in languages was a nice touch as well hehe, actually my lowest one was 184/200 in englang! So excited to start A Levels noww
