It's hard to say currently people are getting deported alot for teaching with the wrong visa. Alot of people are working on tourist visas and it is making the whole industry a bit scary when the police walk into schools grab the teachers and bring them to the airport for a plane ticket home.
Was just asking which agency you went with :P or if you know any reputable ones.

Yes, but from my experience and talking with other teachers nearly all the agency's are the same and they will lie about alot of things just to get you here. I think they get a finder's fee just for you landing in the country then it usually get's handed off to another company/person.

Around 4,000 RMB which is at least £400 per month. Sounds very little especially since I used to earn around £1,400 per month but it is a lot over here.
That's actually really good, almost as good as some professional Beijing Qinghua teachers i've met. What qualifications do you have?

I get paid 一千五百元 for a month, working all week but I do live in the greatest province/country in the world.

I wish I could go to China. I was there last year in Qiqihaer. I was teaching Russian to kids. It was so cool! Chinese people are so friendly. Miss them so much. I've been studying Chinese for 3 years including 1 year in China. But it's so difficult
