Well I started on 12kg and was on 18kg within a month- I was jumping 2kg on practically every session but you always advance faster when you begin and then you begin to plateau. I go for a weight where I can do a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 6 reps whilst maintaining form.

was that with the supersets?

at the moment i do 3 sets per exercise, number of reps being however many i can do till i fail
