I've just completed the induction thing. it says you can't party on Friday and Saturday nights, isn't that .... strange?
when can you make a party then, without breaking the rules?
I thought it said you could only hold parties on Friday and Saturday?

if it's like you said, which makes more sense, then it's perfect!

I'm a pretty useless cook to be honest, but I know how to make pancakes
    Nothing beats curry imo. You?

I realized that I can follow a recipe easily and if I try it twice, the results are pretty good.
I can't stand a week without meet, but my favourite dish is pasta with lots of sauce.

I thought making curry'd be easy if I tried it twice. I think the second one was worse than the first

    Hi everyone !

I'm so glad to be in Shafer House... Starting my first year of natural sciences.
Is anyone thinking to come earlier than 23rd?
I'll be living in schafer house too and guess what? I'm taking natural science as well!

I'll come all the way up from Italy on the 17th to attend ISOP. and I think I can - kind of - cook.

just Google it ). here is a link for some of the events and the price.
    http://uclu.org/services/events-activities/give-it-go

also, you may like to join UCL Freshers 2013 faceboook page.

if you want to know about the clubs:
    http://uclu.org/clubs-societies/directory

don't worry if you have no idea what is going on. i think we all are the same. from what I heard from the current students, first week is all about meeting people, joining clubs and going to parties. from the second week we actually start lectures.
But again, this is what I've heard. Not 100% sure.
    hope the links help you.

    are you coming for ISOP?
