I should hope the playground was empty when you consummated your marriage.

Recalling the first time she encountered the ride, Ms Ducharme tells the channel: “I got this weird feeling I can’t explain. My heart was pounding as we went up the platform and got on the ride.

“I felt like I was being taken by this ride.”

So initially I saw the title and I laughed as it is just so ridiculous. Then I read the article and watched the video and it's just very sad. Thoughts?

I also found it strange how her friends just went along with it, I mean I know they just want her to be happy but if my best friend announced she was going to marry her toaster, I think I'd try and dissuade her/attempt to seek help. Being supportive is one thing, but to actively go along with it/encourage it...seems rather odd.

Not sure if you're trolling or not.

Can a woman marry anyone or anything she wants to?
Whether they agree or not?
No, thought not.

Yes she can marry anyone or anything she wants to,
She would need agreement from a person yes, a man-made object is not living so does not warrant an agreement.

What's the problem here?

The fact that line #2 contradicts line #1.

Also, what is your stance on marrying plants? Bacteria? Viruses? Diseases? Snails?

LOL. I'm not saying I've particularly got a problem with it - tbh it just made me feel quite sad. Whatever works for her though :erm:

I don't see a contradiction at all. You may marry any living thing she pleases providing there is consent. Marriage between a human and a non living entity doesn't need consent (because they are not living and cannot respond).

I do not agree with the marriage of humans with plants/animals/bacteria etc. because a living entity requires consent of marriage, otherwise it would be enslaved.

Lots of gamblers think they need to keep on gambling.
And lots of drunk people want more drink.

People often don't know what's best for them.
