I had to attend a compulsory "homework club" once- my old school prided itself in being liberal
The one up the mountain apparently got its students to sweep the drive though :/

Just the 1 on a school trip, and I had to clean the teachers' room (Mr Watson and Miss Lamb). I will always remember that detention because I found two condoms on the floor near their beds, and a bunch of dirty video tapes...I guess that explains the pregnancy three months later. Boy did that rumour spread fast

None.

Although, to be fair, I should probably have got quite a few for the things I did.

In high school, 2-3 detentions per week I'd say. None since year 11 though

In year 10 now and so far i've had 1, was in y7, no one in the class liked the teacher and when she left for maternity leave.....so happy. Still remember why I got the detention, for attempting my homework but apparently not doing enough to her, really stupid because in class she said you can't actually write anything for those parts which is why I left it out.

69 for each of the 69 detentions. So sixty-nine squared both literally and figuratively.

None.

I nearly had one once for chemistry (the teacher was particularly strict) but the lack of handing in homework wasn't my fault (I can't remember the reason, I think I had been off ill for the hand in day) - I got rather upset over it and so she let me off.

Probably one break time detention in year six. And a few unofficial ones for making people cry...
I've never had a sanction/detention in secondary school though.

3. 1 in year 7 for legit doing my homework but leaving it at home. Second in year 9 school for bringing in my homework like s minute late to the teacher past the deadline - come one, 1 minute . I forgot to go to that one and as a consequence got a whole school detention with the head teacher

I got in trouble for it, she reported me for being "rude". In another instance, she snatched one of my artworks from me and screwed it up, and I lost my **** and called her a ****ing ***** and demanded she give it back and I was the one being unreasonable. That woman was a ****.
You should've been excluded for that really.

So screwing up someone's artwork is perfectly fine?

Yes but calling a teacher a ****ing *****; a detention is not enough for that.

She stole my artwork an screwed it up why are you ignoring that? It's not like I strolled in and said "**** you *****" is it? You don't automatically command respect. If you treat me badly I won't be polite to you
