Be strict with your self for example if you are craving cakes and stuff
Hold it on for 15 mins see how you feel then try another 15 mins and so on till craving subsides and keep your mind away from food.
Feel your self up with water and cups of tea any fluids that way when it comes to dinner u don't gorge everything in sight
Give your self incentives to lose weight to remind your self to keep going. Get a buddy or friend to text, email when craving strikes

But when your currently craving and in the mindset of must eat cakes and sweets you gotta ween yourself off them and then cut down on foods. Otherwise no point exercising if you are still eating crap foods.
