I would say a nerd is someone who is completely passionate about something like a gamer. Not necessarily intelligent. A geek is expected to be more intelligent in school I think.

I disagree with the notion that a geek is synonymous with computing and programming, geeks exist in other disciplines too!

Nothing wrong with being very intelligent or being passionate about gaming or anything but if you're a dork too, that's a bit too awkward for my liking. Not even sure what a dork actually is, but it was never a good thing in american cartoons I watched growing up lol.

I always thought of dorky as quirky/awkward but in a cute way.
