*ahem* women have XX and men have XY #awks(Original post by Blind Ferret)
Ohh **** off. This radical feminist thing is as bad as aggressive atheism. They end up becoming so entrenched in their own dogma is perpetuates hate.
I could understand if they hated being called girls. I don't like being referred to as a boy. Mainly ego in that one, I'm a man, I'm 23.
What should I call them?
That lot with the inverted penis? Skinfolds? The 'XY' lot?

Calling females a “female” is now dehumanising. Agree or disagree? watch

Depends. If somebody refers to men as 'males' and women as 'females' then not really, though it may feel oddly formal depending on context. On the other hand I've seen a lot of people who will exclusively use the word 'men' to describe men and 'females' to describe women, which does give off a bit of a dehumanising vibe. After all 'female' can refer to an animal, a plant, a WW1 tank variant or one end of an extension cable, while 'man' very much implies humanity. It's no coincidence you mainly tend to see this phenomenon in overtly sexist online rants.

It hurts seeing people getting offended by something as little as this! Reminds me of when Benedict Cumberbatch, referred to someone as coloured and had to apologise! Stop getting so butthurt jesus
