Everyone else seems so happy, i think something just wrong with me. I was talking to this girl at work, and not quite sure what I said maybe it came out wrong but she gave me this really scared look and since then has been avoiding me like crazy. I tried talking to her again and she reported me to HR and now ive been banned from talking to her...
For real? lol.

Maybe stop searching for the "point" in life, take each day as it comes. On a grand scale, I suppose you could say our life is pointless... We live, we die, end. I hear life is short, I certainly wouldn't want to spend it moaning about how pointless life is.

And the worst thing you can do is bring your negativity onto other people. Don't let people associate you with negativity or else they'll avoid you.

Because I love the people in my life and can't wait to spend time with them every day! I also really like my life right now. I haven't got a uni place, but I'm looking for the positives and I think life is great right now, and will be great for a while yet!

If you're feeling super low and you think you genuinely have a problem, do something positive to help it. Try to start exercising more and eating right. Force yourself to look for the positives in situations - that's what I do. If nothing improves, maybe speak to someone about it Exercising regularly does LOADS of good though! Endorphins bro! And keep thing busy and varied, and surround yourself with people who make you happy! You're still really quite young, you have years left to work out what to do. It's important to think about and prepare for the future, but don't worry too much about it because you have so much time!

I'm a graduate too who has been feeling a bit low and was surprised to hear that quite a lot of friends are going through the same thing. This transitional phase is difficult but you've got to surround yourself with people who bring positivity and happiness into your life. Obviously you can't just rely on other people so begin by enriching yourself through exercise, good food, other hobbies etc. I'm sure everything will work out
I personally believe that everyone has a different purpose in life and they've just got to figure it out

I can relate to your mentality of thinking. I try not to talk about it much with people (because it's pretty depressing).

Because you can't sleep forever & a new day is a new start. Also, to participate in life - Uni, go out, socialise & spend time with my gf/friends/family.

not many activities you can do on your own
Now that is a massive lie.

Once I've graduated, keeping my job and earning money would be my driving force. At the moment, it's keeping on top of work and not getting kicked out of my course.

I can honestly say that my boyfriend is the reason I get up every day. If it wasn't for him, I would be in a very dark place right now.

To feel worthwhile: I go work, write my blog/articles,spend time with my friends and boyfriend...phone my mum. I just want to feel a part of something and be happy with myself while loving the people around me.

I was single for 20 years and I'm 21 it isn't all that bad, not going to write any cliches here but honestly being single is what you make of it and even now I won't let my boyfriend define all my happiness.

I like the idea of making the world a better place. But I am sentimental like that.
