Stop spending money on private healthcare, expensive shops, and stop saving for a house in central London. You will find that you have a lot more money to spend on your family then.
But private health care sometimes is necessary as they quickly diagnose you some shops are worth it for example proper leather shoes or a good suit or a chasmere sweater which is quality and a house is worth it but if not then I will consider moving to singapore there I may be better well off. A the tax is lower and salay is better apparently.

NHS healthcare is good enough. It's not like at your age you are really needing to visit the hospital often, if ever.

It is more cost efficient to buy medium-price items and then replace them often. Expensive brands means you are paying for the label rather than the quality of the item. There are some top kek items in the more reasonable shops.

Houses are worth it, but buy one where you can afford. The UK on the whole has pretty cheap housing for someone on a doctor's salary, so why not go looking elsewhere?

I am considering Singapore or Switzerland as the tax it low and I do care if the health care is not free to be honest I think ecco shoes or geox or much much better and worth it and other more expensive brands are sometimes worth it and you cannot compare topshop with for example dior as top shops bags are not leather and they do not look as nice is well not elegant and classy. So don't say that also food is worth it organic only.

Right. I thought you wanted a central London house? Why are you talking about moving abroad now?
If you want to be rich, medicine isn't the way to go, as previous posters have said. Becoming rich is a long journey, started by decades of frugality (for most people). You can't just assume that people who are rich spend the money they earn. Most of their wealth was accumulated in savings.
Also, you can't buy the classy and elegant look either. You just are that way. I look poised (not necessarily elegant )in whatever I wear because I have good posture and I have learnt how to talk well. I don't know why you're so focused on all these clothes and everything. Why you talking down on TopShop?! That's expensive too!

I always considered moving to Singapore always and if you become a medical entrepeneur you can earn big money. I do not like topshop I also think that you can look elegant no one cares how you speak as long as you do not use slang. Also a medical specialist is one of the top paying job in Singapore. I can still have a house in London even if i do not live there.

Wearing a brand like dior or prada doesn't automatically translate as classy or elegant. You can some lovely clothes and bags for a lot less and still look nice.

I feel sorry for you. The sooner you realise that money isn't everything, the more happier you will be. I know you said in your post that "money isn't everything and money doesn't bring happiness" but you don't actually believe it. So you'll basically be better off when you discover that. Also I hope you fail to become a doctor or whatever in the medicine/health care because obviously you don't actually care about helping people and only want to go into the career for your materialistic desires, no one wants a doctor with that mentality to treat them.

Well thank you for your bad wishes. Just because someone is materialistic it does not mean they don't care and won't do their job properly

I am just really fustrated today because I want to be a doctor because I would love to study medicine but the hard work I will have I will never be able to buy a house in centre of London I WILL NEVER EVER BE ABLE TO GIVE MY MUM WHAT I WANT. I want to have a really high salary because it hurts me to see my mum look at things and she can't afford them she says money won't make you happy but it can because you will be able to go on holidays do lots and lots of charity work. I don't think I want to do what I enjoy anymore because in the long term I will have no joy if I am not doing really well financially and have a guaranteed retirement and stuff. I know money does not matter but I can't help it i have this strong desire for having a good lifestyle.

I just hurts me because I want to give my mum the best things in life and if I can't afford them then i will be devestated because I am tired of hardworking people never becoming wealthy and those who are wealthy its because their family gives them money to start a business and they have property I am just sad because I can't afford them if i becoem a doctor i want to give the best my mum says she will be happy if we are healthy and she is happy with my love but i don't think she is she just says it so I will not stress but I just can't live with the fact that no matter what i do i will never give her what i want I will have to be an entrepeneur to do so but you need lots of money to invest ina business or property. Anya dvice please be kind i don't know who i am anymore this problem is drivign me crazy
Fair enough that you want to provide for your mum when you are older but this is the thing that drifts you away from God.

I know its easier said than done because everyone has been there at some point in their lives but you should be content wit what you have.

There are lots of people out there who want to become doctors because they genuinely like to help people and make a positive impact on people's life and someone like you will be their waste of space.

Money can corrupt you in many different ways.

Just remember that when you die(this is the only guaranteed thing in life unlike money) you will not be taking your possessions with you.

The problem is that you run after money — Money is something after, not per se.

P.s. maybe start out by improving your writing.

Why would you want to live in London? You could probably buy a 6 bedroom house in the midlands for the money it'll cost to rent a bedsit in the capital.

You need to live your own dreams not your Mum's.

Yes, but being a medical entrepeneur takes a lot of work, which will be even harder in a country like Singapore where you may not even speak the language. Also, people really do care how you speak. Your tone makes a world of difference as well as your vocabulary and, sadly, your accent. I know for a fact since I started talking clearly and more politely I've begun being taken seriously, especially by strangers. Maybe typing with punctuation would really help you, too.
Also, what's the point of earning such a high-end property if you're not going to live there or rent it out? Why live in Singapore if it's your dream to own a house in London? This is so materialistic.

If you want to live a good and comfortable life then don't spend and only invest. Real estate investing is one of the best ways to do this. Through this you earn passive income and not have to work at all. That's what my dad did back when he was 20 and now drives a brand new Mercedes and has an amazing house. He spent 10 years just working and investing without spending much on himself.
That's what my family did too, but my Dad didn't start with money so worked a lot before he invested, and still does now. No holidays for 20+ years but he maintains that it was worth it

In Singapore English is spoken by anyone how can you not know that? They do business and everything in english they also speak Mandarin but english is is mainly spoken. I am considering to move because the tax is high and I don't think england is the country where you could come with empty pockets and leave with pockets filled its now hard to make it . Also holidays are necessary they give you time with your family. What i mean it does not matter how you sound not how you speak yes good vocabulary is very important and no slang but some people can't do anything that they sound foreign.

I'm sorry if I got the wrong idea, in that case I hope you find something that you enjoy, are happy with and do well at.

Sorry again I really didn't mean for it to come out that way

To give you advice though: Sort out your priorities, your job will likely be something you work for for the next 50 or so years. You want to make sure that you are happy with doing this almost everyday. Your holidays, only like 2 weeks off each year, is that really worth it? To go for something with a high salary only to enjoy those two weeks and then be depressed and miserable every other day?
