    the Catholics only banned condoms since the early 20th century.

    if we're going by old standards all you need to do is have an army and declare yourself the arch bishop.

    No the absolute authority on Church matters is the 39 articles and book of common prayer. On some matters I am heretical against the current actions of the Church synod as the behest of the government. The Church is going against its own teaching and dogma.

    It is an addition by the Established and Preeminent Church of England. So not heretical.

    No. The Church was dissolved and re-established in 1660. Changing from the reformed Catholic Church in England, to the Protestant Church of England. So the currently established and preeminent Church of England has nothing to do with Henry VIII.
