… which totally doesn't sound like Jessica.
Jaysus, we're not going to have this discussion again, are we? (Incidentally, it is the first ever discussion we had).

There is no "i" though, which makes the difference.

Then you would be calling the person Cesca essentially, which isn't their name!

    Her name.

Anyway, let's move on, shall we? This thread is going bonkers.

Aye, it is, so I will say something about the thread: looks like a strong shadow Cabinet and I hope you do well.

Didn't notice this until now - they certainly posted it on the quiet.

A strong enough team, I shall enjoy standing on the other side of the virtual despatch box.

When will the government cabinet be released? I look forward to seeing who my counterpart is

It's taking longer than we'd like as the PM-designate is in Russia, with sporadic internet access.

No one in education? Do the tories just not care about today's youth?
Hola! I'm here. Drowning in paperwork as I update my 'teacher standards profile' (having just planned lessons for next week) so only get on here fairly late at night now. That (Teacher Standard) will be one of the first things I seek to scrap / encourage the new government to scrap

(Also, is there a record of who's on the Privy Council somewhere, please? I'm not sure about who should get the Rt Hon. prefix.)
There is an unfinished record of Privy Council membership here. There isn't a record of current membership, but hopefully the old list gives some guidance on who should be appointed.

Please let me know your final list and I'll make sure a current list is created.

Perhaps for the sake of simplicity we should consider the Privy Council as being reset with the Great Repeal? We're never going to find details of cabinets from 2006 or whatever to make a complete list.

That's the best course of action. I'll give leaders time to make their appointments and then confirm a final list when ready.

I'd suggest having a vote on that. Seems rather drastic and needless.

Fair enough, I'll start a vote tomorrow to democratically decide how we proceed. I have no plans to update the current Privy Council wiki list as it stands but any volunteers who want to action this are welcome to do so.

What on earth's the point in that?
Just have people say whether they are or aren't. It's fairly simple.
