Thanks, how much do I need to be pressing for it to make a diff? Can't even do a push up at the moment  (though I was thinking of girl pushups at home too?)

Yeah was thinking I'll need to get a gym membership. They are kind of pricey in my area though... I don't suppose bodyweight exercises would do the job too?
If you cant even do a press up, I would start with really low weight aruond 4-5kg.If that's too hard then go down to 2kg. Do ten reps.

Would bench presses or dumbbell flies be better with heavy water bottles? I'm not sure what muscles to focus on

A lot of Instagram girls who lift have amazing huge/perky boobs and are stick skinny. Do they mostly have boob jobs though? (It looks unnatural sometimes but I'm not sure if you can lift after getting one..)
Both bench press and dumbbell flies can focus on your pecs (though still not necessarily your boobs...). You'll be able to lift less weight with dumbbell flies so might be better if only using water bottles.

Don't follow any fitness girls on Instragram but do know that many on the Youtube scene do have boob jobs.

Let us know how you get on.

Bench pressing will build up the muscle behind your boobs and push them out a bit

Bodyweight exercises are best for general fitness anyway imo.
Define 'General' fitness. Bodyweight exercises are the best for becoming better at bodyweight exercises.

I disagree. I took a break from bench pressing heavy weights because hit a plateu. Just did pushups for a few months instead. Went back to bench press and could bench alot more. So a bodyweight exercise made me improve in a non bodyweight exercise lmao.

    Anecdotal 'evidence'.

How much more did your bench go up? What reps/sets did you do on the press ups? Did you do any other chest/tri/shoulder exercise, such as flys, overhead press, dips etc? Did you increase your calorie intake?
