The wealthiest 3,000 pay more income tax than the bottom 9 million (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/p...9-million.html) so can you stop spouting your usual lefty Corbynomics nonsense please OP. Thank you.

Yet you're saying everyone is addicted to consumer borrowing. At least be consistent.

In reality, no-one forces anyone to offer or take on credit. People just like nice things. But again, you manage to turn this into an unhinged rant.

Oh, and I find this peculiar left-wing obsession about cabinet ministers' suggested drug use at university all quite baffling. Seriously, did none of you have a youth? Do you really think anyone in this day and age cares whether or not politicians took some drugs at parties in their youth?
There was of course that brilliant tweet from the MP that admitted to taking drugs and watching porn on the radio, something like "short headline: 'Tory MP was once 20'"

So what? So the OP's proposition that the poor have to pay for the rich is nonsense. Tax evasion is a problem but let's not brush aside the fact that the OP is talking out of his arse on this. The wealthy pay plenty of tax and the fact that they can afford to or that a minority of them don't doesn't detract from that.

In the banking crisis of 07 that is exactly what happened via austerity notably under cameron, yes some of them do pay tax but a lot do not. It is securing the assets and money of the richest and ensuring they stay with the very richest. Type in to youtube Mark Blyth the austerity delusion

I don't see how either of those prove the OP's assertion.

I suggest you refrain from pointless name-calling. Duncan2012 was addressing the nonsense in the OP, not just making a random comment which you've interpreted to mean '[he] think[s] the rich are hard done by.' The OP said that the poor pay for the rich; he pointed out that, actually, they don't. That's all there is to it.

Stick to the topic of the thread, please. Make another thread if you want to moan more generally about Osborne.

Do you agree? Look at him in prime ministers questions you can tell he is off his face if he does not have to speak.

Can you actually prove he is off his face, or do you just dislike the man so make defamatory comments such as these to make yourself feel a bit better?

I neither agree nor disagree because I don't think what he looks like in PMQs is a reliable way to tell whether he's on drugs or not.

Having read the rest of your posts in this thread I suggest we reserve the use of 'numbskull' for the person who can barely string a coherent sentence together.
