Sony will not market her music if she uses a different procducer.
So she should call their bluff and record with a rival company as the Artist Formerly Known as Kesha.
If she is worth it the new company will pay Sony a severance fee.
She's made that claim. But it's just speculation, surely. It's her decision not to work with another producer so how is it it's being reported as "Kesha forced to work with the man who raped her"?
And yes, she does have that option.
