haha it's okay I didn't think you were

What are you studying? / do you enjoy it?
I'm doing Games Programming right now and while I do enjoy programming, I still feel in over my head all the time. I'm stressed because I'm so uncertain about where my life's going on the next few years.

    Hmmm...

    House, obviously.

But for a show I'm currently watching (though not caught up with the last few episodes) Daryl Dixon, The Walking Dead.

And Dr Spencer Reid, Criminal Minds.

Well at least you somewhat enjoy it

Most people in my experience feel in over their head at least at some point at uni.

m here just for a laugh . Sometimes life's hard.... isn't it? Everyone came here coz at some point in their life.. they must have felt the same way. Here's some tip:

Plan ahead. Think about what u want to achieve in next five years. Smth like.. get a degree -> apply for a job in smth -> 3 months holiday in beautiful country (NEPAL).
Go out with friends and do something that u like.... maybe guitar, sports etc
most importnat of all..... have a nice sleep !

It's hard to think positively without good sleep.

Lol my whole problem is I don't have a clue what I want to do, I'm not passionate about nor enjoy anything.

    Are you considering graduate medicine?

Are you happy with your degree?

Would you pick the same degree if you had the choice to go back?

You like watching TV. Get a nice grad job then you can buy a big home cinema to watch pirated Walking Dead shows on.

    I considered it briefly.

But for one I wouldn't be a strong candidate (pretty poor high school education and completely unrelated college education), I would need to get a bunch of work experience and I can't afford unpaid work and I would also need to pay for a year of the degree myself which means I'd also need to take even more time out to save up the money.

That and although I love medicine, I don't think I could handle the hours or intensity at all. I have a variety of health problems and sleep is a big issue for me, I would not function well as a doctor.

I'm not really happy with my degree no, I've found my degree has just sucked any passion or care I had left for the subject away and I dislike many aspects of my course and have realised far too late that lab work and research is not for me.

I don't think so, but then again I don't know what degree I'd pick instead if I went back.

Eh what kind of grad job? They're all so damn vague in the adverts I've no idea what these jobs even are.
