That's why we have a canon amendment. We make law and assume they agreed.
So I think we should have a debate on repealing the Canon Amendment, so as to better reflect RL.

I'd point out that the government has ignored political implications by placing nuke plants in Scotland as part of their energy policy (seriously? The SNP agreeing with anything nuclear?). They used the canon amendment as their justification then and if that is acceptable, I don't see why this isn't.

Because this basically slaps a **** in the face of one of the core tenets of a body which MHoC is incapable of acting as, though it can overrule, whereas I'm pretty sure canon indicates that MHoC also actually acts as the devolved assemblies rather than merely overruling them.

In other words , with other political bodies that affect us we can make some think as we want but the EU cannot have its positions changed to suit us.

Basically, yes, but there are plenty of bodies in the position of the EU - for instance, NATO, the EPO, the UN etc etc

I don't approve of devolving more power to Scotland, so I must abstain unless this is rectified I'm afraid.

It's worth noting that it in effect means devolving it to us

Rakas21, I recall bringing up the different dates of the Fisheries changes and the other changes, is this discrepancy still being there an error?

Ah yes. They should all be 2019.

Truly you are a beaken of light in an otherwise blind party.

Perhaps you could convince your newest MP and comrade to follow your example.
