    How does it sound familiar?

I know all this now. Till this day I get frustrated with shy esp timid people but I get it now and I'm a lot nicer. I thought they were stupid for being timid. I'd yell at them for not sticking up for themselves and to TALK my approach wasn't the best

I'm making up for it now.
It's just how people acted with me before.

I get frustrated with loud people myself. I just wish they'd shut up sometimes. I'm glad you understand now. As I said before, it's not by choice, we just lack confidence big time!
No talking your approach to them defo wasn't the best idea. You will have upset some people by doing that.

    How are you doing that?
I'm happy to hear that btw!

Hi I know how you feel so much. I am sick of being judged and criticised for being shy and quiet. People keep saying I talk too low and quiet, they can't hear me, speak up. They say project yourself out more. I get more than ever when I am looking for a job. I know employers want people with good verbal communication skills, but I can't help it if I am quiet and dont talk much. when I talk I feel awkward and embarrased, some people scare me and I can't help but feel shy and nervous sometimes and want to avoid some social situtations. The reason I want to avoid certain people is the fact that they judge me and criticise me. I think it has affected me in my career. I'm sick of being bullied over it it makes me feel even worse and I am so paranoid about it it's horrible. I'm so glad that there are other quiet people out there like me. Good to meet you!

I'm a shy person that can open up when people start the conversation. I'm not a loner or geek, but dont want to care about all the dramas that are and will happen. I mean who cares? We came to learn. I enjoy being alone and hanging out with my 2-3 best friends,
