    Indeed.

    In the interest of openness, the argument against is that it encourages people who have no exposure to MHoC and who probably don't read the manifestos to vote.

    Last I checked the liberals don't whip their MPs, and it is actually against their constitution to do so, Life Peer may therefore find himself with a new DPM if Petros does as you suggest
