    A lot of it is in your mindset and how you think. I found that by forcing myself to think and react positively to things I feel better overall. It takes time, but it works.

    I work out usually run or yoga or some form of physical activity. Sometimes try sleeping distracting myself in anyway movie etc. Listening to someone else talk about their life. Sometimes one thing won't always do the trick and sometimes you will feel like doing nothing and the feeling will pass! But honestly for me personally nothing beats an amazing workout and if the day was that bad I'd have cake after (after the workout ).
