Yes Sanders is the best, without hesitation, but also remember Hillary is also a serial liar and possible criminal.
I think she's the lesser of two evils.

A lot of the anti-Trump crowd are grossly ignorant. Trump is one, if not the most liberal Republican out there.

He's never been racist, never been sexist and never been "Islamophobic". Why would blacks, women and Muslims vote for him if it were the case?

I've yet to see Trump supporters cause mayhem in the US towns and cities - only Sanders supporters.

are you guys serious?? god i am so glad you don't live in america. trump is disgusting and shouldn't be allowed to run imo. he's racist, homophobic and misogynistic and doesn't have the first clue how to run a country. if he wins i can only pray for america
first of all i too am glad i dont live in 'murica because it is a crap country but what you must remember is that it is all political theatre, in my opinion Hillary should not be allowed to run because she lost to Obama and is currently being investigated by the FBI. i think he does know how to run the country, with help, but in general has got this far so why couldnt he? i wouldnt say 'pray for America' because it will basically stay the same.

Both Trump and Hillary are ****wits of the highest calibre. The voters have to choose between "Vote for me, Imma build a wall" and "Vote for me, I have a vagina", and America's gonna get ****ed regardless.

I'm a bit of a strange one... I'm quite liberal, but also quite conservative... I think I might be centre-right I guess, but I don't really follow a UK party.

That is very true and very funny although the US will not change either way. it will stay the same, the only candidate wanting to change things is Mr. Sanders.

Yes he has been all of those things and that comment means nothing - gay men and women also voted for Mitt Romney despite his anti-gay proposals.

I honestly thought at the start that Rubio was certain to become not only the Republican nominee but the President as well. He literally appeals to everyone.

either way, I'd rather have Trump than Sanders. Hillary or Trump, I don't know. Sanders is far too socialist for an American (or even British) crowd- maybe in Europe he will do well.

I think we've had this conversation before and you know very well that you took all his quotes out of context to make it seem racist, sexist, xenophobic and "islamophobic".

I'm not going to bother going to have another debate with you about this because you're mind is set.

Trump is a great man. There are very few leaders who actually understand what it means to be a leader, leaders are civil servants who's job it is to uphold the wishes of their people. Trump understands this and that alone is what makes him such a good candidate.

Then there's the fact that he's actually willing to tackle problems which people in the US are having. America has a huge issue with illegal immigration from Mexico. The other candidates won't even acknowledge this out of fear of sounding "racist" (Mexican is not a race), only Trump has the balls to even mention it. True, it's nice to pretend that everything's dandy. But when you're running a country this kind of attitude leads only to ruin.

Then there's the whole ISIS situation. Trump has never said "all muslims are bad" or anything of the sort. What he has said is that until we find an effective way of distinguishing between terrorists and innocents at border security and other vulnerable places, it would be wiser not to let any of them in. That's just common sense! It doesn't mean that all muslims are bad, it's simply the only way of ensuring public safety until we can determine who's a terrorist and who's not. People's lives are at stake, why would anyone in their right mind take such a big risk?

As for the whole "make America great again" slogan, it's an extremely effective way of bringing people together under a common banner. Civilizations rely on people having common interests and identities, it's the glue that holds it all together. Trump is saying, "we're all Americans, lets all be proud of our country and make it a prosperous and peaceful nation once again!" There's nothing bad about this at all. In fact, he's actually bringing people of all different backgrounds together under the common identity of being american. He's unifying people, making them work together instead of shunning each others' differences. This environment of cooperation and unity is the breeding ground of tolerance and progress. Trump isn't driving people apart or isolating certain groups, he's instead cultivating the atmosphere required for society's continued advancement.

Funnily enough, if you ask the anti-Trump movement why they hate Trump they'll always come out with "he's sexist/racist/xenophobic/etc." If you then ask them why they think he's these things they're never able to answer. The reason being is that they've just listened to Trump's political opponents and not actually investigated things for themselves. The real irony is that in reality, Trump is the one candidate who's unifying people. The other candidates are instead driving them apart by referring to different groups as separate entities instead of one whole, thereby reinforcing the "them and us" mentality. It's this mentality which causes wars. The violence caused by the anti-Trump movement is a direct result of this. Sanders and Clinton are fueling the fires of this hatred by spewing unjustified insults about Trump, which the idiots lap up and then hurl at innocent Trump supporters. The other candidates are responsible for the conflict because of their separatist ideologies.

What people don't seem to understand is that nationalism isn't a bad thing at all. Nationalism is a unifying ideology, it strengthens the country and quells civil unrest because of this. It is simply an ideology which says "love your fellow countrymen and be proud of being a citizen of this country." The left has done an excellent job of destroying entire communities with it's anti-nationalist propaganda. I just hope it's not too late to prevent the civil uproar which will follow.

Trump may have said/done stupid things but the majority of people dont like him because they are sheep. They just listen to the media and repeat it. People are afraid to share their real political views and so lie to fit in. If you deny this then nobody should even listen to what you have to say about politics
