I have just got my exam results, I missed a 2:1 by one percent. I'm at a target, is it still worth applying?
I don't know about other people but my uni doesn't release official transcripts of marks, so do people ever lie on their applications?

From my experience those who suspect they won't do as well as they hope try to get a job before they sit their exams/get their results.

Companies often state a 2:1 as a minimum - I assume they would rescind their offer if you got a 2:2, but I've never known anyone this happens to so am only guessing.

I wouldn't recommend lying on your application, even if it's "just" until the official transcript is released.

    Oh dear

    Waterfall is as such:

70-80% of front office grad intakes - Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, Warwick and Imperial

15-20% - Bristol, Bath, Durham, Notts, Cass

8-12% - Manchester, KCL, Exeter, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Loughborough

Then the rest are non-targets (in reality, this is just other good RG unis like York, Birmingham, Southampton, Sheffield etc and the occasional super star from a lower tier uni).
