Get a Just Do It bag, i hear theyre very trendy and you can always buy a Mckenzie if you want to stand out from your friends.

I think the longchamp one may be the best as it looks the biggest, and that really comes in handy in sixth form! However the Ted Baker one could also be quite good as it's a backpack so you're not putting all the weight on one shoulder, and trust me books and folders start to add up! Go for something convenient and big, because I brought one that isn't small but doesn't have the extra space for days when I really need it and it's ended up wearing out the zip and the long strap on it is very close to coming off!

    Good Luck.

I really would encourage you to get a proper backpack. About 5% of the girls at my school carry a backpack which is really surprising. The ones with handbags are always lopsided from the weight and their bags can never close what with all the stuff they need to carry.

Small fashion backpacks aren't much better, but you can't only get boring girls rucksacks. Try Fjallravens or Burtons or Herschels or Jansports. There's lots of variety and most are strong and sturdy whilst still looking fashionable :-)
