    Meh could be better, I'm still rather skinny due to my fast metabolism despite trying to eat a lot & working out. I'd still prefer to have bigger arms, shoulders & well defined abs tbh.

    I only have one thing to say into this;

    ANY AND EVERY BODY IS BEAUTIFUL, THERE IS NO BODY THAT IS UGLY, THERE IS NO BODY THAT IS PERFECT. EVERYONE SHOULD FEEL PROUD OF THEIR BODY AND NOT LET A STUPID THING LIKE BODY SHAMING PUT THEM DOWN.

    The media is to blame here.

    So much vomit.

    Some bodies are unhealthy because they haven't been looked after. That's the definition of ugly. If you don't like that, tough ****.

    Ok. I understand that and that is why I'm sending this message through, people say they don't like their bodies and which is precisely what leads to unhealthy and not looked after bodies. how can people not understand, a body is yours, not made for anyone else but yourself, and you should only appreciate that. people with struggles and problems with their body will seek help, but generally speaking, body shaming and physical judgement on everything is ludicrous.

    Your body is a clear reflection of your lifestyle.

    I've been anorexic 2 years ago and now after :dumbells: and experiencing gains/shredz I'm now experiencing the more "fluffy" side of bulking (13% body fat) ... the truth is once you realise how long your dream/goal physique/body takes to achieve you learn to accept the present and being happy with where you are while putting in the work day by day.

    Also, remember nothing is permanent and to hold onto that physique/body there's constant work to be put in.

    Also ha to put of a lot of tattooing/other mods I had planned due to work, getting started again now that I have realised that my employer has next to no respect for me, don't really feel like showing any in return,

    I'm somewhat skinny and I've always been content with that. That said, since doing gym I've had some improvements which make me feel better about myself, but now it's left me wondering if I can do better physically. So, yes and no really.

    I want to say no, because I always think about maybe one day I will look nicer in clothes and I won't have to buy baggy shirts. But, saying that I am the worst person when it comes to motivation towards my body. I always think about exercising and getting fitter, but when It comes down to it I can't be bothered. So i guess in that sense, maybe I am secretly OK with my body and maybe secretly i don't give a ****.
