    The Hare Psychopathology Checklist (PCL-R) is the most respected I believe, and tends to be the most frequently used by clinicians. Probs quite easy to find online and should give a good insight.

    Although you can't answer the items in a questionnaire style, it requires behavioural observation. Which is the only way to accurately diagnose someone with psychopathy.
