    In which case we reach a disagreement, in that I don't see the issue lying with the nuclear family 'issue', or in the 'poor' culture, I don't see anything wrong with single parent families, or see their culture as poor, and I see the issues as much deeper and underlying.

    Single parenthood is proven to seriously impact the emotional regulation of children and often their academic performance too. The epidemic of single parenthood within the african american community thus is more likely to lead to problem children.


    Sure, there may be racists in the police, but the complete cluster**** that is their community is probably a bigger factor.
