    I can. I speak tamil fluently at home. I could probably think in Tamil for a bit if I forced myself to do so but I always think naturally in English.

    Yes I could think in Tamil if I wanted to force myself to do so but it does not come naturally to me.

    I could but I can't naturally just think in Tamil. I would have to force myself to do so. I learned both English and Tamil from as soon as I could speak.
